Your payment is due 2 days before the event date. Your space is not reserved until you receive confirmation that your payment was received.

Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will not give any refunds once payment is received.

You are responsible for your own vending items (table, extension cords, burners, etc.). We will provide chairs. Any request for equipment will be an additional fee.

You will be given space for (1) table and (2) chairs.

All cooks must adhere to all recognized food safety practices, from sanitation to the use of appropriate food containers. Sanitation guidelines can be found here. 

If you are found practicing unsafe food practices, you will be excluded from the market with no refund,
